• ESQ-GC Test Booklet – download for free or $1 each

Additional information:

• Once the applicant completes the assessment, fax the answer sheet to the number on the sheet
• Reports are returned by fax or email within 15 minutes
• Fax-in answer sheets have unique serial numbers and cannot be reused or photocopied
